Malaysia/Brunei Mission March 2012 – calling for expressions of interest !
After the success of our March 2011 Mission to Viet Nam and Singapore, ANZCBC and Export New Zealand are combining again to organise a Mission to Malaysia and Brunei Darussalam early next year.
Again with support and encouragement from the High Commissioner and Trade Commissioner in Kuala Lumpur, who both cover Malaysia and Brunei, we plan a full on Mission, covering specific sectors where there are good opportunities. Sir Kenneth Stevens, Chairman of Export New Zealand has expressed his enthusiasm for the Mission and willingness to lead it.
Good turn outs at Export New Zealand/ANZCBC’s recent Mission Breakfast and cocktail event at HSBC, heard compelling reasons why a Trade Mission is a suitable way to explore and understand a Market, not only for new entries but to established traders.
Meantime the Mission has been frameworked as follows…
Dates: March 25 to 6 April 2011 (with options)
Destinations: Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Kuching, Miri, Brunei Darussalam
Sectors: FMCG and related technologies, Engineering / I.T. services, Education

Supported and Assisted by: The NZ High Commission and NZTE in Kuala Lumpur
